PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By proceeding with a listing with us, you agree to the following terms: The listing fee is £80 per listing, per year, invoiced directly and payable on receipt. This is a flat annual fee, not a monthly subscription or charge. Listings will renew each year, unless cancelled in writing at least 60 days before the renewal date. The banner is a 1920 x 1080 banner that will include your stay's name and location with an image that best sells your stay. Banners are organised alphabetically by stay name in each region. All fees are non-refundable. Once your listing is live, the placement remains active for the full 12-month period. Great British Stays is designed to drive quality, engaged traffic directly to your website or booking page. However, we cannot guarantee customer behaviour, conversion rates or booking outcomes. The success of your listing will often depend on the design, clarity and appeal of your stay's website and customer offering once visitors click through. We do not bear responsibility for guest enquiries, communications or transactions that occur after a user has left the Great British Stays site.
