ADVERTISER TERMS & CONDITIONS

By proceeding with a listing with us for your property, you agree to the following terms.

The listing fee is £150 per listing, per year, invoiced directly and payable on receipt. This is a flat annual fee, not a subscription or monthly charge.

Listings will renew each year, unless cancelled in writing at least 60 days before the renewal date. 

The banner is a 1920 x 1080 banner which should include your stay's name and location along with an attractive image.

Please note that all fees are non-refundable. Once your listing is live, the placement remains active for the full 12-month period.

Great British Stays is designed to drive quality, engaged traffic directly to your website or booking page. However, we cannot guarantee customer behaviour, conversion rates or booking outcomes. The success of your listing will often depend on the design, clarity and appeal of your site and offering once visitors click through. Content, design and branding services are available to those listed with us - charged separately.

We do not bear responsibility for guest enquiries, communications or transactions that occur after a user has left the Great British Stays site

We take your privacy seriously and only collect minimal data to help run the site effectively and improve your experience.
